We know how much work you and your family have put into this incredible day. You’ve met the love of your life, you’ve booked all of your vendors, and now you just need someone to execute everything that you’ve planned so you can get married! That’s where we come in!

Our Packages

EVENT MANAGEMENT
(DAY-OF COORDINATION)

  • Includes styled placement of decor throughout the space, set-up and tear down. Should set-up and tear down exceed the 12-hour day, additional coordination to be billed separately.

  • Includes placement of personal details, to include items such as programs, escort cards, guest book, and signage.

  • Includes day-of coordinator to take over as primary point of contact for all vendors and wedding party on the day-of the wedding.

  • Includes on-site coordination to maintain itinerary and provide logistics direction to guests and wedding party.

  • Includes (2) one-on-one consultations to review the wedding day, at approximately 60 and 30-days out from day of the wedding. Topics to include: vendor management, itinerary planning, decor placement, and day-of-expectations.

  • Includes (2) on-site day-of coordinators, based on an 12-hour day and 1 location. Please note: If ceremony and reception occur at different venues and additional coordination is required, and/or if hours exceed the 12-hour day, additional coordination to be billed separately.

  • Google Sheets spreadsheet planner. Templates included (but not limited to) in the Event Workbook: To Do List, Itinerary, Budget, Processional Order, Seating Chart, Vendor Contact Sheet, Decor Inventory, Photography Shot List, Gift Tracking.

  • Includes personalized timeline based on details discussed in planning meeting(s), to be shared with vendors for wedding day. Collaboration with vendors may be required.

    To guarantee rehearsal coordination, this can be provided as an add-on service for $50/hour.

ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATIONS

  • Includes (1) one-hour video call to discuss any topics or questions you have throughout wedding planning. It’s your time, so we’ll schedule an hour and talk about whatever you would like! Consultation calls are billed at $50/hour.

  • We get it - wedding planning can be overwhelming. Common topics we talk about or questions we answer during this time include: timelines, budgets, building your wedding website, your registry, how to tell guests they don’t have a plus one (we’ve been there), and everything in between.

Services begin at $50/hour.

DIGITAL PLANNING BUNDLE

  • Includes formulas for necessary guest count calculations and applicable service fees.

  • Includes timeline for planning and for the day-of the wedding

  • Includes a list of questions to ask your vendors or venues when interviewing them for your special day

  • Includes fields for address input and tracking RSVPs

Packages begin at $50.

ADD-ON SERVICES

  • Add-on to day-of coordination package. Includes 1-hour of rehearsal coordination. Services begin at $50/hour.

  • Add-on to 12-hour day-of coordination package. Services begin at $100/hour.

  • Add-on to 12-hour day-of coordination package for additional day-of coordinator(s). 4-hour minimum per coordinator. Services start at $80/hour per coordinator.

  • For couples who have different ceremony and reception venues, and should additional coordination be required at both venues, an additional coordinator will be billed at $100/hour.

  • Add-on to day-of coordination package. Includes custom curated moodboard, custom design deck, design development + execution, aesthetic direction for all vendors directly related to design services, and the coordination of unique rentals. Please inquire here for customized quote.

  • Travel outside of the 45-mile radius from Manchester, Missouri is subject to incurring additional fees. Should destination planning outside of the Greater St. Louis area be requested, the package is subject to travel and lodging expenses.

Our Process

  • Congratulations, you’re engaged! Complete the inquiry form to reach out to us with some key details. We will follow up via email and to schedule and introduction call!

  • On the introductory call, we will talk about your dreams, vision, and the details for your wedding. We may (definitely will) ask to hear about your love story!

  • We'll make it official with a signed contract and a paid deposit. Then, we’re ready to start planning + designing your day! We’ll send you some digital products to use as well!

  • We’ll schedule our 60-day and 30-day meetings, work with your vendors to embrace your vision, and we'll never look back. We’ll work with you to perfect all of the details!

  • Let’s get you married!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! This is included in the day-of coordination package. Please note, set-up and tear down must occur during the contracted time.

  • We arrive based on the custom timeline created for you, and the number of hours that were contracted.

  • We require a 30% deposit on our packages booked more than 90-days prior to the event date. Within 90-days, we require a higher deposit.

  • Absolutely! Our travel is subject to availability and travel expenses, but we would love to be a part of your day!
