With more than a decade of experience in the professional events industry, she brings thoughtful organization and a steady presence to every celebration she coordinates.
Even as an experienced event professional planning her own wedding, Madeleine knew she wanted someone she trusted to manage the details so she and her husband could remain fully present throughout the day.
Today, she provides that same peace of mind for couples — carefully guiding timelines, coordinating vendors, and ensuring each moment unfolds seamlessly.

I knew I had to help other COUPLES FEEL THE SAME RELIEF.
Now, I support couples in the Greater St. Louis area as they prepare for their wedding day, providing an invaluable service that is UNMATCHED and exclusive to our couples.
EVENTS BY MADELEINE is BORN
After supporting hundreds of weddings while managing a venue, planning corporate events for groups ranging from 50 to 4,500 guests, and coordinating weddings “on the side” for friends, family, and their referrals, I eventually reached a moment that made everything click.
After planning my own wedding in just two weeks, I realized how much I loved bringing every detail together - and that the work I had been doing informally for years was something I wanted to pursue wholeheartedly. Soon after, Events by Madeleine was born.
Today, I serve as the Owner and Lead Coordinator of Events by Madeleine, wearing many hats behind the scenes to ensure each wedding is thoughtfully planned and carefully executed. I live in the suburbs of St. Louis, and if we happen to cross paths outside of a wedding day, there’s a good chance I’ll have a Diet Pepsi in hand while listening to a true-crime podcast.
I have always loved weddings that feel timeless, intentional, and rooted in tradition. As a December 2023 bride, I planned my own Catholic, Christmas-inspired wedding — an experience that deepened my appreciation for the beauty of meaningful ceremony and thoughtful celebration.
With more than 10 years of experience across both corporate and wedding event planning, I can’t imagine spending my time doing anything else.
MADELEINE’S EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS
From VENUE MANAGER to SMALL BUSINESS OWNER
2017
Event Manager for an event venue supporting more than 300 events including weddings and non-profit events.
2019
Accepted a new role planning & executing corporate events throughout the world.
(I still work for this company full-time. I’ve been promoted to a Sr. Planner since then!)
2020
The hospitality world gave us a scare - but I met my now husband!!
2022
We’re engaged! (I jumped right into planning our dream wedding!
2023
Events by Madeleine is officially LIVE! We supported 11 couples, and I got married too!
2024
Our team grew even more! We supported 27 couples in both St. Louis & Kansas City!
2025
The team grew even more and we had the opportunity to support 31 couples into their happily ever after!
2026
And that brings us to PRESENT DAY. We can’t wait to see where the future takes us!
Fun facts about mAdeleine

I married my wonderful husband, Andrew, in December of 2023 and truly had the most magical wedding.

I grew up in the Catholic faith and appreciating our traditions. As a Catholic wedding coordinator, I strive to honor Christ in the way I serve couples and care for their wedding day.

My husband and I are dog mom and dog dad to two sweet, miniature goldendoodles named Honey and Butter! They both have never met a stranger and are very clingy to mom & dad.

After years of infertility, my husband and I are expecting our first child - a baby girl - due January 2027! We are so grateful for this miracle baby and can’t wait to meet her.

What’s that saying about older sisters again? I have three younger sisters and we all have “M” names!

I’m an avid traveler and have explored more than 20 countries, and multiple cities within those countries.
Here’s a list of some of the countries I’ve been to: Andora, Austria, Canada, The Cayman Islands, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, The Netherlands, Peru, Republic of Genoa, Spain, Switzerland, Tanzania, The United Kingdom, and Vatican City.
