This preparation allows the wedding day to run smoothly and ensures vendors know exactly where they need to be and when.
Yes. Rehearsal coordination is included and allows Events by Madeleine to guide the wedding party through the ceremony processional and important logistics before the wedding day. Please note: Rehearsal attendance is always subject to availability.
Yes. Our team assists with placing personal décor elements such as signage, programs, guest books, favors, and other meaningful details.
We review all décor plans in advance to ensure they can be completed during the scheduled setup window.
Events by Madeleine’s primary focus is wedding coordination and wedding management. However, many couples reach out with specific planning questions and additional support needs during the process. We offer private consultation sessions for couples who would like additional guidance during wedding planning.
Events by Madeleine requires a 30% deposit on our packages booked more than 90-days prior to the event date. Within 90-days, a higher deposit is required.
