Even as an experienced event professional planning her own wedding, Madeleine knew she wanted someone she trusted to manage the details so she and her husband could remain fully present throughout the day.
Today, she provides that same peace of mind for couples — carefully guiding timelines, coordinating vendors, and ensuring each moment unfolds seamlessly.

Congratulations on your engagement! Begin by completing our inquiry form and sharing a few details about your wedding day dreams. We’ll follow up with our availability, additional information about our services, and a link to schedule an introductory call.

During our introductory call, we’ll take time to get to know one another. We’ll talk through your vision for the day, walk you through our process, and answer any questions along the way.

Once you decide to move forward, we’ll secure your wedding date with a signed agreement and deposit. You’ll then receive access to your custom planning files so we can begin preparing for the months ahead.

As your wedding approaches, we’ll guide the final stages of planning together. We’ll refine your timeline, connect with your vendors, and thoughtfully coordinate the details that allow your ceremony and reception to unfold seamlessly. Planning meetings are typically held initially after signing the contract, then around 60 and 30 days before the wedding.

When the day arrives, our team manages the timeline, vendors, and logistics behind the scenes so you and your families can remain fully present and enjoy every moment of the celebration.
